This (Praeludium Nr. VIII in es-moll) is the first thing by Bach I ever played, because I was simply stunned by it.
This is an arrangement for a bunch of analogue synths, and produced using an almost analogue signal chain (the rather subtle mastering chain was in the computer, but using analogueesque plugins).
Maybe I'll do a digital mix later.
